Friends of the beloved folk singer Rosalie Sorrels are putting together a unique tribute record to honor her legendary career. More than 40 musicians from around the country have come together to contribute to the project including Loudon Wainwright III, Peter Rowan, Nanci Griffith, Tom Russell, Guy Clark, Peggy Seeger and Eilen Jewel.
The project is not yet complete and friends and family of Rosalie have put together a fundraising campaign to help finish the album. This is a way to help preserve the legacy of one of the living legends of folk music!
